At Jammzies/The Big Pajama Party, we take pride in delivering quality pajamas and loungewear designed for comfort and style. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:
·  Your order number
·  Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
·  Original packaging, if available
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement for the same item at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, a company credit may be issued at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by sending the correct item.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
·  Incorrect sizing or fit
·  Change of mind
·  Normal wear and tear
·  Items damaged due to improper care or use
·  Orders placed during sales, promotions, or limited-edition drops
