Shipping Policy – Jammzies/The Big Pajama Party®

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days or sooner, depending on order volume. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Priority and Free Shipping orders are processed within 5 business days of purchase.

 

Shipping & Address Requirements

We are happy to ship orders to an alternative address, such as a friend, family member, or workplace. However, the cardholder is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the street address, apartment/suite number, city, state, and ZIP code.

Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable addresses may be delayed, returned, or canceled. Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Important:

  • You are responsible for notifying the recipient that a delivery is expected.

  • Jammzies/The Big Pajama Party® is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses, lost packages due to recipient unavailability, or failed delivery notifications.


Signature Requirement

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. To ensure proper delivery, please double-check that all address details are correct. If a package is returned as non-deliverable, we will issue store credit for the net price of the item(s), minus shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refusing a shipment will make the cardholder responsible for the original shipping cost plus any return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Methods & Timing

Priority & Free Shipping (Continental U.S.)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking updates.

Overnight & Express Shipping

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday by 10 AM EST will ship the same day.

  • Next-day delivery is expected unless you are in a 2-day shipping zone (check local UPS for details).

  • Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Orders placed after 10 AM EST or on Friday–Sunday will begin processing the next business day.

International Shipping

  • International Express: 6–10 business days

  • International Priority: 10–21 business days

  • Customers are responsible for customs and duty fees. We do not reimburse additional charges. Check with your local customs office before ordering.

APO/FPO Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days after processing.

Unverifiable Addresses

Orders with addresses that cannot be verified by USPS may experience processing delays. Please ensure billing and shipping addresses are formatted correctly, including apartment or suite numbers and the correct zip code.

Cancellations

Once payment is completed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Defective Merchandise

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Report defective items within 3 days to [email]. We cannot accept claims after this period or for merchandise that has been worn or washed.


Refused or Lost Packages

  • Refused packages: Cardholder is responsible for shipping costs to re-ship. Refunds do not include shipping fees.

  • Lost or damaged packages due to USPS/UPS errors: Jammzies/The Big Pajama Party® is not responsible and does not issue refunds or replacements.
